Local Area Needs Assessment Engagement Project: West Moreton HHS
This project will see Beacon Strategies leading and facilitating the engagement component of WMH’s LANA. The project will involve engagement with stakeholders, as well as collating and analysing existing data and resources to inform the development of an engagement summary report that identifies initial areas of need.
Torres and Cape Suicide Prevention Community Action Plan: Northern Queensland PHN
In line with NQPHN Strategic Objectives, indicators of need, and the commitment to Suicide Prevention action planning NQPHN commissioned Beacon Strategies to develop a Suicide Prevention Community Action Plan (SPCAP) for the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service area.
Regional Expansion: Foodbank Queensland
At the end of 2020, Foodbank engaged Beacon Strategies to support them to develop and implement a Regional Expansion Strategy to deliver on their mission of “fighting hunger by sourcing food for people in need” with genuine reach across the state
Development of an Organisational Strategic Plan for Whitsunday Counselling and Support
The purpose of the project is to deliver an insightful strategic planning process that results in the development of a purposeful and meaningful organisational strategic plan for Whitsunday Counselling and Support. This project will follow a 5-step process developed and successfully implemented by Beacon Strategies in several prior projects.
Care Coordination Co-design: COORDINARE
The purpose of the Care Coordination Co-design Project was to rapidly research, co-design and frame a commissioning intent for a care coordination model of care for people with chronic and complex health conditions in South Eastern NSW PHN.
Boss Boxing program evaluation: Wesley Mission Queensland
Wesley Mission Queensland has engaged Beacon Strategies to undertake a short, targeted evaluation of The Boss Boxing (TBB), an Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander boxing gym based in Zillmere, to help document the program model and demonstrate its outcomes.
