Alternatives to Emergency Departments: Roses in the Ocean
As part of the NSW Ministry of Health’s Towards Zero Suicides initiatives, Beacon Strategies is supporting Roses in the Ocean to facilitate local co-design processes for twenty new Alternatives to EDs / Safe Spaces services in each of the local health districts (LHDs) across NSW. Beacon Strategies’ role is to document the findings emerging from the co-design process and use this to support the LHD to establish the service. This project is currently underway and expected to be completed by mid-2021.
Client Journey Mapping for Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast
The Beacon Strategies team has been engaged by Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast (MCGCC) to deliver an insightful client journey mapping process that allows MCCGC to enhance the effectiveness of their service offering and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
Development of a new 5-year Strategic Plan for Inala Primary Care
Inala Primary Care engaged Beacon Strategies to provide external facilitation support to develop a new 5-year strategic plan. Through engagement with leaders, external stakeholders and desktop research, we produced a purposeful strategic plan to guide Inala Primary Care’s direction over the coming years.
Facilitation for Metro South Health Equity Strategy - Implementation Plan
Metro South Health has engaged Beacon Strategies to facilitate a series of workshops to support the implementation planning process and operationalisation of the Metro South Health “Health Equity Strategy”. Our engagement with Metro South Health spans two distinct phases: 1) workshop preparation, and 2) workshop facilitation.
Development of a new Strategic Plan for Brook RED
We have been engaged by Brook RED to deliver an insightful strategic planning process that results in the development of a purposeful and meaningful organisational strategic plan for Brook RED.
Review of Capital Health Network’s COVID-19 Response
Since the emergence of COVID-19 in March 2020, Capital Health Network (CHN) has been delivering a range of activities focusing on COVID-19 planning and response. The purpose of this project is to undertake a review of CHN’s COVID-19 response activities and provide a set of recommendations to inform its future public emergency planning and response.
