The purpose of the project is to develop an organisational impact framework in collaboration with key staff at Roses in The Ocean and informed by the broader lived experience sector and community.

CESPHN has engaged Beacon Strategies to support them to undertake a review and evaluation of the two main psychosocial support services they commission under the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program (CPSP): National Psychosocial Supports (NPS) and Continuity of Supports (CoS).

This project will see Beacon Strategies leading and facilitating the engagement component of WMH’s LANA. The project will involve engagement with stakeholders, as well as collating and analysing existing data and resources to inform the development of an engagement summary report that identifies initial areas of need. 

In line with NQPHN Strategic Objectives, indicators of need, and the commitment to Suicide Prevention action planning NQPHN commissioned Beacon Strategies to develop a Suicide Prevention Community Action Plan (SPCAP) for the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service area.

At the end of 2020, Foodbank engaged Beacon Strategies to support them to develop and implement a Regional Expansion Strategy to deliver on their mission of “fighting hunger by sourcing food for people in need” with genuine reach across the state

The purpose of the project is to deliver an insightful strategic planning process that results in the development of a purposeful and meaningful organisational strategic plan for Whitsunday Counselling and Support. This project will follow a 5-step process developed and successfully implemented by Beacon Strategies in several prior projects.
