Organisational Impact Framework: Act for Kids
In early 2021, Beacon Strategies supported Act for Kids to undertake a project to redefine its organisational purpose based on the contributions and perspectives of key internal and external stakeholders. Based on a recommendation arising from the project, the Act For Kids organisational impact measurement and reporting framework will align with their recently refreshed purpose statement.
Evaluation of Integrated Mental Health Hubs: Brisbane North PHN
The Brisbane North PHN commissioned three Integrated Mental Health Service Hubs to provide clinical and non-clinical services for people with severe and/or complex mental illness. Beacon Strategies was engaged to undertake an external evaluation of the three Integrated Mental Health Service Hubs to demonstrate the outcomes and process learnings at a regional level.
Trauma Counselling and Emergency Relief Evaluations: Community Gateway
This project will see Beacon Strategies support Community Gateway to evaluate two of their programs, Trauma Counselling and Emergency Relief. Within this project, Beacon Strategies will provide Community Gateway with an evaluation reporting product that guides the improvement of each program into the future.
Specialist Access in the Community: COORDINARE
COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (SENSW PHN) has engaged Beacon Strategies to facilitate a co-design process to develop a sustainable and scalable shared care model that increases access to specialist care in the community, within the South Eastern NSW region.
Evaluation of a psychosocial support service for children and young people in Logan and Beaudesert: Accoras and Brisbane South PHN
Accoras engaged Beacon Strategies as an independent partner to best inform future funding and service delivery decisions for the Expansion Pilot of the National Psychosocial Support Measure (Child and Adolescent).
Psychological Services Program Review: Gold Coast PHN
The purpose of this project was to undertake a review of Gold Coast PHN’s Psychological Services Program (PSP) with the view to commission a new model that better provides short-term, structured psychological therapies to meet the needs of the community.
