CHIME Program Evaluation: Open Minds
The purpose of this project is to evaluate the CHIME program, an Open Minds program that aims to support people living with a severe and persistent mental illness and receiving treatment as an inpatient of a mental health unit to live in the community and avoid hospital re-admission. The evaluation will assess the program outcomes against specific criteria to determine overall program performance.
Flourish Business Case: A partnership between Belong, Communify and Act for Kids
The Flourish business case development process was a market-led approach to designing an intensive early years intervention service aimed toward breaking the cycle of intergenerational disadvantage in two pilot sites (Brisbane South: Acacia Ridge and surrounds, Brisbane North: Keperra and surrounds).
Review of Brisbane North PHN Funded Psychological Therapies: Brisbane North PHN
The purpose of the review is to begin to better understand the current state and potential future state of Brisbane North PHN funded psychological therapy services. The review will inform the subsequent review phases and is the first step in the reform of Brisbane North PHN funded psychological therapy services.
Delivery of needs assessment, service design, and evaluation training: Ipswich City Council
The delivery of a training package for Ipswich City Council Community Development staff was geared toward improving the departmental approach to conducting needs assessments, service design and evaluation activities.

Beacon Strategies was engaged by NRCG to develop a Purpose and Practice Framework to demonstrate commitment to best practice for NRCG clients and local communities.
Co-commissioning of mental health, alcohol and other drug services in the PHN environment: CQWBSC PHN
The purpose of the scoping exercise was to explore the feasibility of fully implementing co-commissioning processes (co-planning, co-design and potentially co-funding) for MHAOD services within QLD within the next five years, through describing the existing co-commissioning landscape at a policy level.
