Community Enterprise Queensland sought support to consolidate existing consultation, project material and program documentation into a clearer format for internal discussion and engagement with potential partners. The work focused on a community nutrition service model for the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsula Area, bringing together information about the proposed service response, delivery requirements, implementation considerations and potential resourcing needs. 

MHA engaged Beacon Strategies to review the design of the Embrace Framework – a resource that guides mental health services to evaluate and enhance their cultural responsiveness. 

We were engaged by Wesley Mission Queensland to co-develop a Lived Experience Practice Framework, which provides a shared foundation for embedding lived experience across the organisation. The framework supports consistency, clarity and values-led practice. 

A state-based mental health advocacy organisation engaged Beacon Strategies to support a review of its operating structure.

We were engaged to conduct a structured review to support a mental health organisation to adapt its structure in line with growth and mission. 

We were engaged by YFS to engage with their key stakeholders, such as partner organisations, funders and peak bodies. The findings helped YFS to understand how they’re performing currently, and inform future opportunities for impact and improvement.
