Local Area Needs Assessment Engagement Project: West Moreton HHS
This project will see Beacon Strategies leading and facilitating the engagement component of WMH’s LANA. The project will involve engagement with stakeholders, as well as collating and analysing existing data and resources to inform the development of an engagement summary report that identifies initial areas of need.
Torres and Cape Suicide Prevention Community Action Plan: Northern Queensland PHN
In line with NQPHN Strategic Objectives, indicators of need, and the commitment to Suicide Prevention action planning NQPHN commissioned Beacon Strategies to develop a Suicide Prevention Community Action Plan (SPCAP) for the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service area.
Health Needs Assessment: Brisbane South PHN
Beacon Strategies supported Brisbane South PHN to conduct a Health Needs Assessment for the Brisbane South region. The HNA identifies areas of acute health and service needs and proposes strategies to meet these needs within the community.
Specialist Access in the Community: COORDINARE
COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (SENSW PHN) has engaged Beacon Strategies to facilitate a co-design process to develop a sustainable and scalable shared care model that increases access to specialist care in the community, within the South Eastern NSW region.
Mental Health Literacy Initiative Co-Design Project: South Western Sydney PHN
South Western Sydney PHN engaged Beacon Strategies to deliver the Mental Health Literacy Initiative Co-design Project to determine mental health literacy needs and potential activities to be implemented by SWSPHN tailored to the South Western Sydney community.
Mental Health in General Practice: Brisbane North PHN
As part of Brisbane North PHN’s effort to enhance the regional mental health health system, they engaged Beacon Strategies to undertake an engagement process with GPs in Brisbane North to better understand how to support GPs to deliver mental health services in the primary care setting.
