Karakan, a non-profit in Queensland, successfully implemented a data mapping project to enhance their mental health services. The project undertook comprehensive research, desktop reviews, and benchmarking to identify and meet data collection needs.

Beacon Strategies was engaged by Brisbane North PHN to lead a co-design process to develop a social prescribing service model. The end product was a report and recommended service model that Brisbane North PHN would commission through a pilot project in Caboolture.

The purpose of this project is to support QAMH to implement a fit-for-purpose culture measurement process, inclusive of a regular pulse survey and associated guidance to consistently administer the tool.
