Beacon Strategies completed a Strategic Planning Project with Open Futures in February 2023. The strategic planning project for Open Futures, a well-regarded NDIS provider, aimed to provide clarity and focus on the organisation's future direction, service offerings, and long-term strategic priorities amid its significant growth.

Inala Primary Care engaged Beacon Strategies to provide external facilitation support to develop a new 5-year strategic plan. Through engagement with leaders, external stakeholders and desktop research, we produced a purposeful strategic plan to guide Inala Primary Care’s direction over the coming years.
