Hugh is a Consultant at Beacon Strategies, joining the team in 2026 and bringing experience in health management consulting across a range of complex policy and service delivery contexts. He has worked in implementation and evaluation for government and private sector clients across diverse subject areas, including rural and remote workforce challenges, chronic wounds, cancer, disability, and mental health. These experiences have strengthened his interest in thoughtful, practical work that improves outcomes for people, communities, and organisations.

Outside of work, Hugh enjoys life in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, where he makes the most of the local cafe, restaurant and bar scene and is always keen to discover new places or activities.
