About

Emmalene brings a practical, people-focused approach to her work at Beacon Strategies, shaped by over a decade in education. As a teacher and coordinator, she has worked across program delivery, stakeholder engagement and team leadership, while also supporting students and families through challenges within and beyond the classroom. This experience shaped her view that progress depends on people feeling safe, supported and clear on what to do next.
