Beacon Strategies was engaged by Brisbane North PHN to lead a co-design process to develop a social prescribing service model. The end product was a report and recommended service model that Brisbane North PHN would commission through a pilot project in Caboolture.

The purpose of this project is to support QAMH to implement a fit-for-purpose culture measurement process, inclusive of a regular pulse survey and associated guidance to consistently administer the tool.

Beacon Strategies reviewed the Healthy Workers Initiative (HWI) for OIR, completing this project in 2023. During the project, Beacon engaged with a comprehensive number of people, documents and data to review the Healthy Workers Initiative and explore avenues to enhance health and safety outcomes in workplaces.

StandBy approached Beacon Strategies to understand the ‘current state’ of their digital capability, identify potential ‘future state’ enhancements and think strategically about how potential digital products can enhance service delivery and position StandBy as Australia’s leading provider of support after suicide.

Beacon Strategies led a co-design process to design a service model and implementation guidelines for an Integrated Mental Health Hub for Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN).

Beacon Strategies undertook a review of the Community Suicide Prevention Service commissioned by Gold Coast Primary Health Network, to explore the program’s outcomes and provide recommendations to inform future commissioning.
