Beacon Strategies partnered with Wesley Mission Queensland to help their team improve their evaluation skills by holding a number of interactive training sessions for their staff.

We’ve been engaged by North Queensland Sports Foundation to evaluate their ‘Move it NQ’ program. We were engaged by Epilepsy Smart Australia to assess the overall effectiveness of the Peer Support Program Pilot, identify if the program has achieved its intended goals, objectives and outcomes and provide recommendations that inform future program planning decisions.

We empower not-for-profit organisations like Epilepsy Queensland to build their in-house evaluation competence, facilitating greater impact and transparency in the social purpose sector. Through a facilitated and collaborative approach, we provided foundational knowledge in program design and evaluation, defining program logic, and developing robust evaluation frameworks.
Review of the Healthy Workers Initiative for the Office of Industrial Relations
Beacon Strategies reviewed the Healthy Workers Initiative (HWI) for OIR, completing this project in 2023. During the project, Beacon engaged with a comprehensive number of people, documents and data to review the Healthy Workers Initiative and explore avenues to enhance health and safety outcomes in workplaces.
