Nicole Green - Senior Consultant
About
Nicole is a strategic thinker who thrives on designing and delivering practical, people-centred solutions that drive positive, lasting change. With more than seven years of experience in the primary health care sector (including five years working in the PHN environment), Nicole brings a strong grounding in commissioning, service design and cross-sector collaboration.
She works closely with client partners to develop strategy, design programs, guide implementation and evaluate outcomes, with a focus on what will work best for the people and communities involved. She is particularly passionate about working in collaborative teams that bring together different voices, experiences and expertise to improve health outcomes.
At Beacon, Nic contributes across all stages of the project lifecycle — from research and stakeholder engagement to analysis, reporting and delivery — and plays a key role in shaping thoughtful, evidence-informed consulting products.
