Capabilities
Mitchell approaches all projects with an agile mindset and a strong consulting mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, timely work that is collaborative, insightful, and tailored to our client’s needs.
He works across four core areas:
health planning (helping organisations understand needs and shape responses)
service design (supporting the creation of programs and models that work for communities)
organisational strategy (supporting direction-setting and execution) and
strategic reviews (helping assess program performance and fit and inform change)
Mitchell leads both people and projects in a way that brings out the best in his team and partners. He creates a positive working environment, maintains project momentum and ensures the client experience is well-managed from start to finish.
Approach to work
Mitchell’s approach to consulting is practical, collaborative, and outcomes-focused. Personal interests
Life right now is full to the brim with family, parenting two (fantastic and funny) kids, friends and work. Before kids, I was a big fan of travel — get me to a big city with time to explore, and I was in heaven. I’m always on the lookout for new plant-based food options, with a particular soft spot for Asian cuisine. At home, you’ll usually find me binge-watching Grand Designs (especially the New Zealand series).
