Implementing our strategic plan - 5 principles to guide our way
With the ink still drying on our five-year strategic plan (2022 - 2027) we are now shifting gears to implementation. For many organisations, operationalising their strategic plan can be a daunting process. For us, we are keeping things as simple as humanly possible and being guided by 5 principles to help us get out of the blocks.

Our 5 year strategic plan is now ‘live’, which we are stoked about. To get things underway we’re focussing on establishing three ‘implementation enablers’ and commencing a number of key actions aligned to our three focus areas: capability, culture and contribution.
So, what is ‘good’ co-design?
Co-design is quite topical in the health and social services sectors and there can be some confusion about what co-design is, and probably more so what it isn’t and what is involved in a true co-design process. Actually breaking down the word ‘co-design’ can help to develop a clear understanding of what it is.
