What does being ‘ethical’ mean to Beacon Strategies?

‘Ethical’ is one of Beacon Strategies organisational values. As October 20 is Global Ethics Day (an annual moment to empower ethics through the actions of individuals and organisations), it is the perfect time to reflect as an organisation on what being ‘ethical’ means to us.

So, what does being ‘ethical’ mean to us? To find out, we ran an activity that gathered the perspectives of all of the Beacon Strategies team members. This was a great opportunity to reflect on what ‘being ethical’ means to us as individuals, and to find out more about how it guides how our teammates work.

To provide some context for those who don’t know what we do, we are a Queensland-based consulting firm that helps organisations working in the health and social services sector plan, design, implement and evaluate their work.
